What did we do?
During our second day, the overarching theme was “What can Trickle do to make you thrive at work?”. We divided the theme into two topics: “Me as a consultant” and “Me as a co-worker”.
The morning sessions covered “Me as a consultant” and aimed to identify potential competence-increasing actions.
