What did we do?
During our second day the overarching theme was “What can Trickle do to make you thrive at work?”. We divided the theme into two topics: “Me as a consultant” and “Me as a co-worker”.
Happy employees make smarter decisions at work. They provide better customer service, are more creative, efficient, less stressed and make other people happier. Employee happiness is one of the most important factors in running a successful company.
Findings from workshop
We’ve divided the outcome into four categories:
- Social Environment
- Office Environment
- Flexibility
- Ways of Working
Social environment
- Birthday manager at each office: Keeping track of everyone's birthdays and give them the attention they deserve.
- [ ] Increased focus on mental health by having:
- [ ] Psychologist as a guest lecturer.
- Managers should increase focus on mental health in dialogue & check-ins with coworkers
- Plan social activities more often, such as bi-weekly Padel.
Flexibility
- Having a day/hour off should be okay without feeling guilty.
- [ ] Eliminate the "3 days a week at the office"-rule.
- [ ] Have one hour a month where each employee has the opportunity to do whatever they'd like and report it as "interntid", such as a walk or a workout.
