What did we do?
During our first day the overarching theme was “What can Trickle do to make you thrive”. The first half focused on efficiency. Growth has always been the primary goal since we started Trickle.
Going into more unstable financials times we see the need to increase profitability and one way of doing so is focusing more on efficiency and through doing for example increasing agency revenue per hour.

Quotes & pricing
- [ ] Construct and specify a clear pricing list
- Divide and clarify how much time each task / deliverable is supposed to take
- Add 10% “extra time” on all quotes to create space for unexpected actions
- Include specialist in the process when quoting to create a more precise scope
- Don’t be afraid to ask propose and send extra invoices if time is out
Structure for meetings & communication
- Always produce meeting agendas for all meetings
- [ ] Create the perfect Trickle start-up meeting agenda (include project economy).
- Introducing a project - clarify who does what to eliminate misunderstandings
- Implement the AAR (after action report) meetings to secure clear debriefing (or something else)
- Better internal communication - feedback and updates on decisions
