We should always try to:
- Receive feedback from closest manager, regularly and with clear examples.
- More availability among managers
- Strive to communicate deadlines and clear briefs internally to avoid misunderstandings.
- Try to participate in knowledge sharing (in Slack, during meetings & at the office)
- Prioritize and get time to educate ourselves continuously
- Avoid micro-management and allow flexibility and self leadership.
- Get help to pursue new goals, when needed
- Find ways to improve or clarify internal processes to remove stress
- Share our thoughts and ideas in a constructive way trying to improve our workplace
