• Receive feedback from closest manager, regularly and with clear examples.
• More availability among managers
• Strive to communicate deadlines and clear briefs internally to avoid misunderstandings.
• Try to participate in knowledge sharing (in Slack, during meetings & at the office)
• Prioritize and get time to educate ourselves continuously
• Avoid micro-management and allow flexibility and self leadership.
• Get help to pursue new goals, when needed
• Find ways to improve or clarify internal processes to remove stress
• Share our thoughts and ideas in a constructive way trying to improve our workplace
